Nicolas Spielmann
Co-founder & CEO

A born entrepreneur, Nicolas envisioned IMA as a complete lifestyle destination where gastronomy and nightlife meet naturally. After years developing hospitality concepts, he launched IMA in Val d'Isère in 2025 with the ambition of making it an unmissable landmark in the resort — and ultimately, an international brand.

Laurent Attias
Co-founder & Managing Partner

A leading figure in luxury hospitality, Laurent has opened and managed iconic venues across Saint-Tropez, Saint-Barth and Ibiza. Drawing on this expertise, he orchestrates IMA's daily operations — from front-of-house service to music programming — with the attention to detail and pursuit of excellence that define the venue's DNA.

Elie Fischmann

Trained in the kitchens of the Four Seasons, Elie Fischmann brings technical mastery and Levantine sensibility to IMA. His cuisine is built around sharing: generous mezze, subtle spices, precise cooking techniques and seasonal produce. Each dish tells a story, bridging Middle Eastern traditions with contemporary creativity.

Culinary Philosophy

IMA's table draws from the culinary traditions of the Levant — Lebanon, Syria, Turkey — where a meal is an act of sharing. Chef Elie Fischmann selects exceptional produce and elevates it with noble spices: za'atar, sumac, pomegranate, tahini, orange blossom. Every dish is designed to be shared, in a spirit of warmth and generosity that defines IMA's identity.
