The IMA restaurant offers a culinary experience based on sharing and conviviality, fundamental pillars of Levantine culture. Our generous menu combines classic favorites with signature creations by Chef Fishmann.
A variety of gourmet mezze: creamy hummus with multiple flavors, smoked baba ghanoush, artisanal labneh, colorful fattoush salad. Royal grilled dishes: tender lamb, marinated chicken skewers, grilled fish of the day. And to finish, our revisited traditional desserts, accompanied by exceptional Turkish coffee.
